Who am I?
Over a 20 year career I have lived in 7 cities across 3 countries. I have reinvented my own career multiple times and realigned my goals regularly.
I started my career as a head-hunter in India for an executive search firm. I hired over 100 functional heads/ CXO’s over 4 years. This is where I learnt to spot talent, assess motivation, understand competencies in 60 minute interviews.
I went on to work for a competitive, high performing Investment Banking firm, Credit Suisse where I helped them set up a new business entity. I managed talent acquisition and carved out recruiting strategies. We hired for over 200 roles in a short 2 year period.
I was born and raised in India and have been living and working in France since 2010. I decided to chase my own dreams, take a year off and graduated from an International MBA, which brought me to France.
Post MBA, over a 11 year period I worked with thousands of students and alumni from Audencia Business School as a careers consultant and coach to engineer their career paths. I have had the privilege of working with French and international profiles from over 50 nationalities. This pushed me to become a bilingual professional, running workshops, individual meetings, round tables and conferences in both French and English. Helping people make career choices, understand themselves better, getting market ready and making career transitions were all part of my everyday life during this period.
In 2023 I knew I needed change. I had to re-write my own career story. After 20 years of professional life in large corporations I chose to become an careers coach. I had this driving need to help professionals navigate their career challenges, find meaning in their jobs and become the author of their life. I am an ICF certified professional coach with over 200 hours of in-person classes, and hundreds of hours spent on coaching clients
Since 2010 I have built my life in a new country, navigating the rich and diverse intercultural codes in France. I am a mother to two boys and have a deep love for classic English literature, art and sculpture.
Do I love change? No. But do I know a thing or two about navigating it and coming out the other side successfully. The answer quite simply is a yes.
